PID Tempering Oven
The client needed an oven that creates deliciously crystalized home-made chocolate. We created a custom kitchen appliance with commercial-grade infrared sensors. The oven can intelligently monitor the temperature of chocolate and ensure ideal crystallization, texture, and taste.
